My friend Jenn from Jenn Cuisine has entered a recipe challenge on Marx Foods. They had to use morels to create a dish. Jenn created a sausage, sage and morel ravioli. The homemade ravioli was filled with veal sausage, sage, gruyere and morels, and then she topped them with a white wine cream sauce made with sliced morels and garnished with some fried sage.
